Shipping and Returns

Production:

Every Kivā product is made to order. Production typically takes 5 to 10 business days before shipping. During busy periods, this may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping:

Orders ship from San Diego, California. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production is complete.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

International shipping is not currently available.

Packaging:

All products are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Each piece is wrapped individually and secured for transit.

Returns and exchanges:

Because every product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kivainteriors.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Color appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. Minor surface variation, including subtle layer texture, is a natural characteristic of the production process and is not considered a defect.
