Shipping and Returns

Production:

Every Kivā piece is made to order. Orders ship in 2 to 5 business days (larger orders may take a little longer). You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.

Shipping:

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We currently ship within the contiguous US only.

Packaging:

All products are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Each piece is wrapped individually and secured for transit.

Returns and exchanges:

Because every product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@kivainteriors.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Color appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. Minor surface variation, including subtle layer texture, is a natural characteristic of the production process and is not considered a defect.
